Grønsags Lasagne

 

 

4 pers.

400 g revet gulerod.                                              Grønsagerne snittes og svitses i gryden.

200 g revet knoldselleri.                                      Tomater og bouillon tilsættes.

250 g hakket spinat.                                               Spinat tilsættes.

1 stk. løg.                                                                    Krydderierne tilsættes.

2 fed hvidløg.                                                           Retten koges godt igennem.

1 ds. Hakket tomat.                                               Smages til.

1 dl. Grønsags bouillon

½ tsk. Timian                                                            Sovs:

½ tsk. Oregano.                                                       25 g margarine,

½ tsk. Basilikum                                                      2 spsk. mel.

Lidt st. chili                                                                3 - 4 dl. mælk

Salt og peber.                                                           Salt, muskatnød.

                                                                                       150 g ost.

Grønsagssovsen, lasagnepladerne, bechamelsovsen fordeles lagvis i et fad. Drysses med ost.

Bages i forvarmet ovn. 200 grader i ca. 40 min.
